"Mr. Keith Dunlop"
Keith was an Umpire in Chief in the early 90’s and was very focused on developing fair play and sportsmanship within the BOSL. He ingrained this culture into our league which still stands today.
Keith was responsible for ensuring that the skills of our umpires developed and that they were well trained and carded. He also attended all Board Meetings and was not afraid to step on toes to get things done.
Keith was an all around benefit to the BOSL.
